I thought I’d share some of the things I’m loving right now! If you have any fall favorites, please shout them out in the comments below. I’m always looking to add things to my list. I also wante...

I hope you had an amaizng weekend! Ours was packed with fall fun and now we’re headed back into a week with travel and more events. The fall chaos is in full swing, but I’m loving it. When things are crazy, I try to stick to the pillars of my routine as closely as possible: daily walks, strength training a few times each week, meditation, hydration, nutrition, and my favorite biohacking tools, like red light. If you’ve been hanging out here for a while, you know I’m a huge fan of wellness tools. Between mom life, work, and workouts, anything that makes recovery, energy, and skin health easier (and more convenient) is a win. One of the tools that’s been a total game-changer for me is Red light therapy. It’s one of those things that seems almost too good to be true – glowing skin, r...

How to Choose the Best Egg Donor Agency: What to Look For Selecting an egg donor agency is one of those decisions that carries a mix of hope, anxiety, and several questions. You might be feeling excited about starting or growing your family, but at the same time, overwhelmed by all the options and unsure who to trust. That’s totally normal. The world of egg donation can feel like uncharted territory, especially when every agency claims to be “the best.” So, how do you choose the best egg donor agency? Here’s what to look out for. 1. Reputation and Transparency When you’re putting something as important as your family’s future in someone else’s hands, trust isn’t negotiable. A reputable agency should have nothing to hide. They should be open about their processes, costs, success rates, and donor screening standards. If you have to dig too hard to find that information, or if something feels off, pay attention to that feeling. Transparency is a sign of integrity. Don’t just rely on ...
