3.6 Friday Faves

3.6 Friday Faves

Hi friends! Happy Friday! How was the week? Ours was a good one. We came back from the cruise and both kids had stomach bugs (the worst! Also this is the first time this has happened following a cruise), so a pretty low-key start to the week. I’m working on my cruise recap now and will post it early next week!

Take me baaaaack to the land of no chores, beach time, nightly shows, and gluten-free Mickey waffles.

What are you up to this weekend? P has a basketball tournament, we have a couple of NCL events, and the family is coming over for dinner. I hope you have a wonderful weekend ahead!

3.6 Friday Faves

Fashion, beauty, random:

Loving this lip pencil. It gives the perfect little pop of color and is hydrating instead of drying. I’ve been wearing the Kiln shade.

This Farm Rio dress! The kids said I looked like the abuela from Encanto which I took as a huge compliment.

Latest Vivrelle! Obsessed with this Chanel bag. Everything they send is in perfect condition. If you want to try it out, you can use GINAHARNEY here for your first month free. You have to apply – it takes like 30 seconds – and then when you’re approved, you get access to their huge closet of luxury handbags and jewelry. It’s so much fun to try something new each month.

This bracelet kit. Usually when we’re on planes, all screen time rules go out the window for the kids. I’m always happily surprised when they pick non-screen activities (like reading a paper book). P made bracelets almost all the way to Orlando.

The most random: doing the Macarena at Beefsteak.

(also fully sober, I was just having a GREAT time haha)

Read, watch, listen:

New post over on Substack!

What I’m reading now. Sara Goodman Confino is one of my faves for cupcake reads: light, fluffy, fun, a little treat.

I’ve been really enjoying this podcast lately. The topics are all over the place and I alway walk away with new knowledge, inspiration, or tangible steps to take in my life or business.

How exercise protects the brain.

Fitness, health, and good eats:

Still loving the Sculpt Society workouts. Did a 30-minute at-home sculpt this week and it was perfect.

Easy enchiladas with rotisserie chicken.

This Kale Junkie recipe was a 10/10. The kids loved it, too! I served it with tzatziki and chopped salad (the cucumbers were bad so I skipped them) and pita bread for Liv and the Pilot, and Coyotas tortillas for P and me.

Lumebox is having an amazing promo this weekend for International Women’s Day. You can still use my code FITNESSISTA for $260 off but if you order this weekend, you’ll get a free “Be the Light” hoodie (valued at $100). Here is the link!

Full review of the Lumebox is here.

Thank you so much for stopping by the blog today! Have an amazing weekend and I’ll see ya soon!

xoxo

Gina

Discover The World’s Smallest “Mountain” – The Mount Paltry

Discover The World’s Smallest “Mountain” – The Mount Paltry Move over Everest, there’s a new headline-grabber in town and it’s barely taller than you are. Mount Paltry has exploded on social media as the world’s smallest mountain , a tiny bump in Australia that has become internet-famous precisely because it looks… well, not very mountain-like at all. In a world obsessed with extreme hikes and record-breaking peaks, this modest mound has captured global attention by doing the exact opposite: being proudly underwhelming. Where on Earth Is Mount Paltry? Mount Paltry is described in viral posts as a miniature mountain in Australia, rising only a few metres above the surrounding land. It’s usually shown as a small, rounded rise in an otherwise flat landscape the kind of bump you might expect to call a hill, or even “just a bit of ground,” rather than a mountain. That’s exactly why people love it: the contrast between the dramatic title “world’s smallest mountain” and the very ordinar...

Glamorous Plus-Size Wedding Guest Dresses in Beautiful Styles

Glamorous Plus-Size Wedding Guest Dresses in Beautiful Styles Did you know that over 67% of women in the U.S. wear a size 14 or larger? Yet, despite the demand, the fashion industry has been slow to provide elegant, well-fitting, and on-trend plus- size wedding guest dresses. Many women face limited choices, ill-fitting designs, and outdated silhouettes that fail to highlight their curves. Shopping for the perfect dress can feel like navigating a minefield either the options lack style, the fit is off, or the available dresses don’t align with the formality of the event. For years, plus-size women have been told to “hide” their curves instead of celebrating them. Traditional formalwear often lacks the structure, comfort, or aesthetic appeal needed to make plus-size wedding guests feel just as glamorous as their straight-size counterparts. The frustration of sifting through uninspiring racks, struggling with restrictive fabrics, or settling for ill- proportioned designs is all too fami...
